1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website steinhartbarcelona.com/en (the "Website") and any purchase of products made through it, operated by IBRAND GLOBAL Co., Ltd. ("IBRAND GLOBAL", "Steinhart Barcelona", "we", "us", or "our"), the authorized distributor of Steinhart Barcelona haircare, hair styling, and hair equipment products in Thailand.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to purchases made directly on the Website. Purchases made through TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or retail partners (such as Boots, Watsons, and Eveandboy) are additionally governed by the respective terms of that platform or store.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To place an order, you must be at least 20 years of age (the age of majority in Thailand) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or registering an account, and to keep such information updated.

4. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately; however, actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Product formulations, packaging, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

All haircare and grooming products sold are subject to compliance with the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements applicable to cosmetics. Product labels and usage instructions should be followed as stated.

Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice, including due to stock limitations during pre-order or launch periods.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your order (for example, via order confirmation email, SMS, or LINE notification), not when the order is placed.

5.1 Pre-orders

Where products are offered on a pre-order basis, the estimated shipment or fulfilment date shown at checkout is indicative and may change. We will notify you of material delays where reasonably possible.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if a corrected price differs materially from what you were charged.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, QR PromptPay, bank transfer, COD.

Payment must be received and verified before an order is processed for shipment, except where cash-on-delivery (COD) is offered and selected.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on the Website are fulfilled and delivered by our logistics partner, Flash Express, or another carrier we may designate. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by you.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Conditions and Cases for Product Return/Exchange

8.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Delivered Products

In the event that the Company delivers the incorrect model, color, or size, or if the product is found to be damaged, defective, unusable upon receipt, or does not match the images displayed on the product detail page, the customer is entitled to a product exchange or a full refund at no additional cost. (This is subject to prior verification and approval by the Company).

8.2 Change of Mind

Customers may request a product return within the aforementioned 14-day return period. The product must remain unopened, sealed, and unused, and the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping fees.

8.3 Hygiene and Safety Exemptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and haircare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless the product is proven to have a manufacturing defect.

Tracking the Return Period and Notification Process

8.4 Calculation of the 14-Day Period

The return period begins on the date the customer receives the product, which will be counted as Day 1 regardless of the exact time of delivery. (For example, if the product is received on the 1st day of the month, the return period for all customers will expire on the 14th day of the month simultaneously).

8.5 Notification Channels

In the event that a product is damaged, defective, or fails to operate upon receipt, please notify our staff immediately via the Company’s Phone or Line channels. Our operating hours are daily from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Inspection and Processing Conditions

8.6 Product Inspection

The Company reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products prior to processing any requests. If the damage is limited only to accessories, the Company reserves the right to repair or replace only the affected accessories.

8.7 Inconclusive Defect

For products with ambiguous or intermittent defects that do not manifest during the initial inspection, the Company reserves the right to make the final determination based solely on the Company’s terms and discretion.

8.8 Processing Timeline

The inspection process through to the final product exchange or repair will take approximately 15 – 30 business days.

Refund Policy

The Company will process the refund via the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund process will initiate only after the Company has received and verified the condition of the returned product.

Refund Processing Timeline: 7 – 14 business days.

9. Promotions, Discounts, and Pre-order Offers

Promotional codes, discounts, and pre-order incentives are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, including eligibility, validity period, and any minimum purchase requirements. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time, subject to honoring commitments already made to customers who have completed a qualifying purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to the Steinhart Barcelona name, logo, trademarks, product photography, graphics, text, and website design — is owned by or licensed to Steinhart Barcelona and/or IBRAND GLOBAL Co., Ltd., and is protected under Thai and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with a purchase.

11. User Conduct

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other accounts, or our systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in activity that disrupts the Website
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information
• Scrape, copy, or reuse Website content for commercial purposes without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Website or our social channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring your submitted content does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful material.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Products are intended for general cosmetic use as described on their labels. If you have a known allergy, sensitive skin or scalp condition, or are uncertain about product suitability, we recommend performing a patch test and, where relevant, consulting a medical professional before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and products are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Thai law, including under the Consumer Protection Act and Unfair Contract Terms Act.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order, except in cases of death, personal injury, or damage caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or as otherwise required by mandatory law.

For equipment, users must strictly follow the electrical safety instructions provided in the manual. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from improper usage, unauthorized modifications, or usage with incompatible electrical systems.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, transportation disruptions, or failures of third-party logistics or payment providers.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties, and failing that, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Thai courts.

As a consumer, you retain any rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and related consumer protection regulations, and may also raise complaints with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB).

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or the Website’s functionality. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website where reasonably practicable.
